These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the website youdubstudio.com (the "Site") operated by Outkast S.r.l. ("we", "Outkast"). By using the Site you accept these Terms in full.

2. Purpose of the Site
The Site presents YouDub, a professional dubbing service for video creators, and allows creators to:
- Read information about the service
- Submit an application to be evaluated as a prospective client
- Book a discovery call if the application is accepted
Submitting an application does not create a contract. Our evaluation is discretionary and we do not guarantee that any application will be accepted.
3. Eligibility
To submit an application you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have authority to represent the channel(s) you apply with
- Provide truthful and accurate information
We reserve the right to reject applications we believe are untruthful or do not meet the access criteria.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, trademarks, video, audio, source code) is owned by Outkast S.r.l. or third parties who have licensed it to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from the Site without our written consent, except for personal, non-commercial purposes.
5. Creator content shown as case studies
The Site displays excerpts of videos from creators who are our clients. Those videos are published with the consent of the creators and the respective rights holders. The images, logos and channel/brand names mentioned belong to their respective owners.
6. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outkast S.r.l. does not warrant that the Site will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted.
In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.
7. Third-party services
The Site integrates services provided by third parties (Cal.com for call booking). Use of those services is also governed by the terms of the respective providers. Outkast is not responsible for outages or changes to those third-party services.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
