Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are and which ones we use on youdubstudio.com.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device to remember information between visits. Under GDPR and the Italian cookie regulations there are two main categories:
- Technical cookies (essential or functional): needed for the site to work or to deliver a feature the user requested. No consent required.
- Profiling and marketing cookies: used to track users, show personalised ads or build behavioural profiles. Explicit consent required.
2. Cookies used by YouDub
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
youdub_locale | Technical / functional | Remembers the user's chosen language to serve pages in the right locale | 1 year |
We currently use only one technical cookie. We do not use profiling cookies, third-party analytics, tracking pixels or retargeting tools.
3. Third-party cookies
We do not use direct third-party cookies.
When you interact with the booking calendar on /book, the iframe is hosted by Cal.com Inc. (via cal.eu). Their embed may set its own cookies, governed by Cal.com's privacy policy.
4. How to disable cookies
You can manage or delete cookies from your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and Site Permissions
Disabling the youdub_locale cookie won't prevent you from using the site, but your language preference won't be remembered between visits.
5. Changes
We will update this policy whenever we change cookie usage. The last revision date is shown at the top.
